I hired Weldon Rothman to help me navigate the appeals process after my former employer let me go and then appealed my unemployment benefits. After the employer rep failed to show for the hearing they dragged out the process by appealing for a second hearing. At this point I hired Weldon Rothman and am absolutely convinced I should have hired them before the first hearing. The process was simple and the entire staff communicated with me the entire process. Trying to navigate the unemployment process became confusing and I felt the former employer was using their deep financial reserves to try and intimidate me. Once I hired the attorney they made me feel at ease and I was able to stop worrying if I had done something wrong. In the end the case went in my favor and I am so glad I went with this office.
