Absolutely laughable follow ups/return calls. I am a previous client for a closing - they were great back in 2012. I now have a simple question and wanted to hopefully retain the firm again but have not been able to get any assistance. I am officially finished trying.

Very excellent law firm. The look, talent and professionalism of a larger city firm in bay county! I have dealt with a few of the attorneys here and they have all been excellent. The staff is amazing, communicates well and treats you as though you are important, not just another body. For family law, Clark Rodgers is the absolute best! Very intelligent, strategic and thorough, but a good person at heart. Wants to do the very best for his clients but wants to do it in a good way. I felt like he was very motivated in my case, but also cared about the big picture and long term effects. He went against one of the most well known attorneys in the area, who no one wants to go against and kept her and her tactics at bay step for step. Jenny and Jessica were both very responsive to our calls and questions. Jenny went above and beyond to assure our home was secure and safe. It is sometimes difficult to work long distance, not knowing for sure what is happening. Jenny was available and she kept me abreast of everything happening. Not that I've had much experience with any lawyers in my lifetime (thank goodness) but at some point there comes a time when one starts to think about longevity and family. After talking with others my husband and myself chose this law firm and we've come to the conclusion that we chose very wisely. Setting up a Last Will & Testament and having a few family law questions answered (Mr.Hutchison) was truly an easy process and very prompt. The professionalism by the staff (Cathi) was quite impressive as well. If I could give 10 stars on this rating I seriously would. Great Law Firm!

My parents own half of a duplex in which Burke and Blue neglected to protect, maintain, repair, or pay property taxes on the other side of while they were administering the estate. They were Responsible for the property at the time of hurricane Michael and did nothing to repair damage after the storm other than place one tarp on the roof. After that, they stopped excepting our phone calls regarding the property. They are responsible for fiduciary Negligence however my parents and I are able to do nothing about it because they did not have a responsibility to us. The responsibility was to the heirs who inherited the estate. Now my parents and I are going to lose your home when it is condemned because we have been unable to contact all of the other owners to ask them make repairs to the property.
