We needed to have our entry pad upgraded so we were scheduled for a technician to arrive at 8:00 AM today to install it. Josh appeared right on the button, ready and prepared to work. I had failed to tell the office about a secondary keypad which we had in our bedroom so when I mentioned it to Josh, he had to call the office to deliver a key fob to replace that original key pad. Alan was quick to leave the office with that and Josh had it programed in just a few moments. Both of these gentlemen represented Koorsen to the very highest level of service. They were both very courteous and polite and they knew their business. Highest rating for both of these young men.
