This court house runs a crooked system.
I filed a protected order on my spouse 6 months ago due to him threatening my life.
He owns guns and riffles, I do not.
The court failed to protect me. Nothing got done.
Then my husband goes in and files a order on me and got it granted the very next day. He filed lies on me over stupid harmless stuff and judge Sharp granted it.
My spouse has family that had work for the judges and family who works in court house now.That is called strings within in side.
So tell me something doesn't seem right here.
My spouse protected order on me on innocent stuff that is harmless verses mine on him threatening my life? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I drove a friend to court there. I didnt go in the courthouse. I waited outside, and as i walked around the bldg. I noticed right away that the grounds were very well kept. Nice big shade trees, flowers, and lots of benchs to sit on.

Welcome to Ripley County, where illegals can falsify court documents, your children are refused a child's advocate from a "judge", and they take your kids away from you with no proof of neglect, immediate danger, or the fact that you make sure they have roof over your kids head and they go to school everyday. Did I mention that if you have a lawyer they give you more continuances? Yes, King in family court does all of that. Isn't it nice that would never happen to his family since he works for the court system?

I needed to ask a question about obtaining a new address for tenants we evicted so I could send them a list of damages for my damages hearing. This was required according to my court document. No one at the clerk's office, Superor or Circuit court would give me information. They kept transferring me to someone else who never returned my calls.

Sharpe is extremely biased, gets involved in plea bargains and cusses at people when they are testifying for you. Disgraceful at best. I wonder what would happen if people started cussing at him? Oh wait, I already know, you would be in jail. Must be nice to be above the law 🙄🙄🙄🙄
