Good employees, bad management.

Service desk is underpaid and overworked. Many roles at the company don't really do anything and get paid a lot. At least 3 management roles (out of ~30 people total) are filled by buddies of the owners, they get paid a lot but barely do anything. If you're hiring this company for help desk support you'll get representatives that are spread very thin for the amount of pay they get.

The vast majority of their clients have been acquired from the owner's nepotism connections - they aren't particularly great at what they do in comparison to other MSPs.

Their priority is looking out for themselves first and worrying about clients later. Some great people work here but Auxiom as a provider will not have your best interest in mind.
