So I hired Leigh to represent me in a divorce case. Was one of the high mistakes I ever made Did absolutely nothing for me she did not fight for me she answered one out of six questions I asked her. She almost never responded. So less than a month before the final hearing she quits on me because she needed all this paperwork to “fight my case” well i actually had it I just didn’t make it back to Rushville before 5 when she said she needed it . Anyhow the next day I called my wife’s lawyer n settled the case actually with more favorable conditions the Ms. Mourning suggested I go for ! Ridiculous! I had nay divorce done n over 3 days after she quit and no I don’t hve a law degree. Worst experience with a lawyer ever she would ask me a question then if I didn’t answer it correctly ask me “where it says in the law i can do this “ ? Thts what we hire lawyers for! Absolutely the worst lawyer I’ve ever seen. would look elsewhere!

Leigh Morning’s gross negligence resulted in my father losing his home, financial earnings, assets and the stability he created. I would advise everyone considering her representation to steer clear of this law firm. She was passive with collecting information that could help the case, gave empty promises, had little to no interest in standing up for him as her client and had no problem collecting his money for doing the bare minimum. She had no empathy for him as a person. Even when he was mocked in court after finding out he would be homeless and lose everything he worked his whole life for. This is not someone who should be trusted with your livelihood. Please heed my warning and get an attorney who is willing to work and fight for you.

Hiring Leigh was the biggest mistake I ever made. When I really needed her she removed herself from being my counsel. She worked with the other lawyer in my case behind my back and listened to them and not the person she was representing. I highly suggest you don't use her.

If I could give no stars I would she is the worst lawyer EVER she will take your money and work with the attorney on the other side behind your back to benefit her and the other attorney even if it’s not in the best interest for you or the child involved we were trying to keep our niece from living with her mom after my husbands brother past away and instead of listening to us so that the mom would have to take drug and parenting classes and follow through with supervised visits she just allowed our niece to be forced to go with her mom with no home and no food now our nieces mom is addicted to heroine thank god we got a new lawyer and was able to keep her away from her mom for good but this lawyer cared nothing about protecting our niece when that’s what we had paid her for.
