My two experiences with Attorney Cloutier have been wonderful because he personally spoke with me in his office and on the phone at great length in regard to my injuries in two incidents. I feel he is exceptional because he is kind, but frank, about what might or might not happen in regard to the legal process and outcome. He is very empathetic and appears sincerely sympathetic. He is a very bright and patient attorney, who took extra time to go into detail with me about the laws regarding tripping and falling on a city street. He could have simply instructed his office staff to phone and tell me he wouldn't be taking my case. He is a very down to earth person and easy to talk to. Going to his office is like a visit to the home of a favorite nephew. I am a senior citizen and a retired Civil Rights Investigator for the City of South Bend.
