Rex has represented me for two cases involving custody (first initiated by me, 2nd was initiated by my children's father) and I've been extremely happy. Rex is an intelligent and professional lawyer who worked hard to make both cases successful. Court can be extremely stressful and I felt a lot better with Rex and Austin there working on my behalf. Hired Law Patterson early last year with a child custody modification. The first half of the process seemed legit in what they were doing. Then after September something seemed off. After repeated attempts of trying to resolve the issue. The lawyer kept making things worse with communication with the opposing lawyer for no reason needed. In my eyes these were ridiculous attempts for a money grab. They made documents that never ended being used for any formal proceedings. That's where most of the charges accrued. After the mediation was not successful, they didn't communicate a game plan for a couple of months. Then i got a notification that the issue was resolved. I get left in the dust with unfavorable results and 7000 cash in drain for minimal outcome. Please do listen to some of these reviews in gut feeling. I'm clear headed when writing this, even waited couple of to decide if i should. I felt in helping some one that is looking for legal consul to not hire them if you feel they are exhibiting poor communication, constantly asking for money without you know their game plans. They fish you with optimism at first then leave you stranded. I hope you find clarity and prosperity in your legal situation.
