The are very rude they don’t return my phone calls when I ask about payment arrangements then I find out they put my home on the sheriffs sale that I wasn’t aware of by the way I been at my home for about 14 to 15 years then they were still taking payments from me on the home I don’t own anymore.

Negative stars, every time I call the office or go up to the office to speak to someone regarding my past due balance to or to set up payment arrangements . . . no response, no return call, no return email, nothing at all. This "law firm" is not reputable AT ALL! They only want to try to take money from citizens. I guess they force your hand into getting a real lawyer to combat their derelict behavior.

I was born in the sign of Gemini, which is all about communication. Laura Conway Esq with this firm has been handling an Estate which is now about to be closed. In the 9 months to complete this Estate after a death, and doing it all from another state, her communication and quick replies via email have been excellent which made the whole process much easier than I expected, and her fees were surprising... in a Good Way!
I have Nothing negative to say.

Without knowing who I was or why I was calling, the receptionist was immediately rude and short with me and I never even got to the point before being shut down.
There should be a law against treating people this way.

I feel Oaklandon homeowners association/Thrasher Buschman & Voelkel (specifically Sharon K Meloche) ripped me off for almost $2000. As an 80% disabled vet, I hope that she is proud for refusing my payment attempts and ultimately taking the money (approx 10x the amount) from my account. Listening to her laughing in the background is not funny to me. Please do not support these people! Sharon K Meloche specifically laughing and refusing to return my calls or emails as I attempted to pay the actual amount is disgusting in my opinion. Asking my brother veterans to not support this business. Believe her Facebook profile picture attached… says alot in my opinion!

Leeches and extortionists.

They represented my HOA's management company. My autopay failed to go through. The HOA didn't call me, email me, and send a letter to my primary address, all of which they had for the autopay on my other property. After less than a year of not really trying to get in contact with me, they send my bill to collections to these extortionists. On my original mere $300 bill they extorted another 150 in late fees and another 150 in their attorney fees. So 100% fees. The only way avenue to appeal was to themselves. Their collections did not care at all about what they were doing. They are why lawyers are hated.

I found myself in the position of having to sell my home in Indianapolis from overseas after the unexpected death of my husband. I had no idea what to do or where to turn until I got in contact with Steven C Earnhart from this law firm. As soon as he was on my case, everything ran so smoothly, I went from total confusion and panic to closing on the house in 3 months. He was always available to answer any questions I had and to deal with unexpected things that came up. Cannot thank or recommend enough!!!
