Horrible service. Had them out for a filter change and O ring on our R/O system. Still leaked after first service call. Trying to get them to come back is like pulling teeth. Had them out 3 times, each time me having to call them after being told they would get back to me and didn't. Last time the service tech told me he'd check for parts and if no parts I'd need a new system. Fine I told him. That was a week ago and still no call. Just called culligan and bought a new system and new water softener which I also told the Eenigenburg tech I wanted. Several thousand dollars of business they just blew off. Guess they're making all they want selling over priced salt in their drive thru. Totally indifferent to residential service. Use anyone but them.

Absolutely disrespectful staff. My husband bought 3 bags of the now overpriced salt and the man putting the salt in the vehicles was talking about the people at the boarder calling them “roaches” with another customer. Everyone has their opinion that’s fine, but my husband is very Hispanic looking and found it offensive, he’s much calmer than I am when hearing ignorance. To speak so trashy to customers in front of customers gives me Walmart vibes. I’ll be buying my salt elsewhere.

Fantastic group of people that will help you out if you have an issue with your water softener. Ours had a slight issue after the 8 years of ownership and Eenigenburg associates were able to fix it in a flash. Great customer service and the associates were able to thoroughly explain each step and how they fixed our problem. Highly recommend this company and will refer many more people to it. Great customer service and they are a truly family friendly company.

It was my first time going. They were very sincere and kind and helpful. They explained in detail the different types of products they had available for my needs so I could make them right selection. Customer service was fabulous. I look forward to buying my water from them from now on.
They have 3 gallon water for your kitchen which is good of you have to bring it in the house by yourself.
