I cannot express enough gratitude! Clear concise communication making it easier to understand the entire process and legal speak. Very personable and easy to talk to. Hands on and genuine from the start. Well organized, researched and prepared for anything that was presented during the process. Most importantly Dan made it more like a friendship rather than a cut and dry business arrangement or, what could be a tedious and fish out of water kind of experience. The care and concern and patience when needed and quick action when called for only raised the confidence bar higher and higher. Always nice when questions arise or a little more explanation is required knowing that you are not being a nuisance and help is a call away. I was in a motor vehicle accident on my way to a work conference in December 2021 which lead to a broken wrist which required surgery to repair. I am so thankful for contacting Dan Calhoun to take my case. The woman who caused the accident was uninsured and my company’s car insurance tried saying I was not covered under their uninsured motorist policy since I was a passenger. Dan quickly changed their opinion as far as that was concerned. Then after my first surgery and numerous rounds of physical therapy my original surgeon released me from care but something was not right. My index finger would not straighten so Dan fought with work comp, who was saying I had been released by my doctor and could not return, to get me more care. I sought a second opinion and had to undergo a second surgery. Through it all Dan had my back and fought to make sure that not only did the insurance company not blow me off like they tried saying there was not coverage, he ensured that I received the proper medical care needed when they tried delaying my care numerous times. In the end we were finally able to settle the case for a hefty amount that I would not have been able to do without all of Dan Calhouns Help.

Mr. Calhoun is really great at getting back to you. He even gave me his personal cell phone number. My personal injury settlement was way better than expected.
