Never will I ever recommend this firm to anyone! Someone rear ended me and I ended up with a fractured L5. I reached out to this firm for representation and I feel as if I’ve been poorly represented. Now it’s been about 2 years and still nothing.

Coincidentally, a day or so after I contact the doctor’s office to make an appointment due to the pain and discomfort in my back that hurts me to bend over, my attorney calls me. He wants me to settle for $8,000. They previously wanted me to settle my case for $1,000 and then $5,000 so time ago. Now today I’m being asked to settle for $8,000. What? For a fractured L5? My physical therapy bill is $5,000 alone.

And Attorney Steven Alvarez had the nerve to get upset with me over the phone (for the second time) because I would not give “the green light” on settling the case. I will not be pressured nor bullying into making a decision that doesn’t sit well with me especially by someone who I feel should be representing me (bankruptcy or not). So I DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm. Run!

Don’t you ever dare to waste your money with this “firm” . You pay and the guy never calls you. He doesn’t even ever give you a personal phone number where you can contact him. He persuaded me to give away all the assets I had the right to have just because he didn’t feel like litigating! Run don’t waste your money. He promised he would personally would get for me the little assets were stated in the divorce decree and I didn’t even get that. I hope this review helps vulnerable people to make a better choice when they need a real attorney.
When I tried to get my assets on my own other lawyers advised me to contact my attorney.. I did , he never returned my phone calls .. of course he already spent the money I paid him

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone. I retained them for two cases I haven't gotten one call from the firm giving a status update on either case. Then when I do call for an update nobody gives a clear cut answer always transfer me to multiple people within the firm. Go with a different firm..

I got into an accident on June 5th 2024 they just got back to me in December of 2024 to let me know there was nothing more they could do that I needed to find another lawyer to go after the guy who hit me for his assets so in doing so they are trying to charge me for my medical records which they paid nothing for I do not recommend these guys to anybody they false advertise their advertisement says if you don't win you pay nothing so why are they trying to charge me $100 for my records

Absolutely horrible! We waited almost 3 years for a settlement and over 50% went to the lawyer! Please find someone else. Don't fall for their lies. They act like they care in the beginning. Then they push you off on some lawyer that doesn't even have his name on the wall. ... I've never heard of 53% going to the lawyer for an injury case!
