KIM is absolutely wonderful!!!. My husband and I went today to get our taxes done and we have been going for years. Today, We had to bring along our 5 year old and 10 month old since we don’t have sitters to watch them and KIM is EXTREMELY nice and ACCOMMODATING. Provided an activity for our 5 year old and my 10 month old was not a happy camper but KIM showed nothing but grace and patience. The whole entire visit she has a warm smile and is very happy to see us.

You are losing business and customers for multiple reasons. 1. Your insane prices to file a simple tax return 2. Customer service has been awful this year (KIM in particular is aggressive, condescending, and defensive). My friend and I both had to find new tax consultants (who just happen to be highly reputable) for a fraction of your costs. You should be ashamed and embarrassed on what you charge. It’s absurd. We have been using your services up until now. I received unsolicited advice from Kim (whom I don’t even know), and she felt the need to call and harass me because I politely asked the reasoning for the increased pricing to the receptionist(she was pleasant) … but KIM rudely blamed the increase on “cost of paper and everything in the world in general has gone up in price ”. I didn’t ask for her to justify and defend the costs. She is rude and needs an attitude adjustment. I think you just have a lot of overhead now in your new fancy office so that’s why the prices increased. I would have to agree with another customers recent review with aggressive and bad customer service.

Very poor experience. I found out that my business and my family's tax file was ignored for nearly four months after Wallace Consulting purchased my old accountant's practice earlier this year. Wallace ignored my calls asking for updates for nearly a month. I finally received an email stating that he was too busy. He then sent all of my personal documents and bank statements to an old address. I can't recommend someone who ignores work that is this important and who doesn't communicate. His office was preparing my payroll filings this entire time. This cannot happen no matter how busy you are. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Accounting to investigate the handling of my file.
