There is no clear and easy way to file a complaint about a food safety issue. The phone menu takes you thru a list of "services" that again take you to a menu or voice mail without anyone in particular responsible for answering or making a record of a complaint about food contamination.
Who is in charge of the website?
Why isn't there a simple form to file a complaint about unsafe or unhealthy food preparation at a business? PATHETIC!
