Absolutely HORRIBLE! If I could have given a 0 I would have!
Called to request a free consultation and when asked what for, I explained my situation and what I was seeking legal advice for- they still insisted on asking me what I was calling for so I stated to sue and they still asked for what.
Sorry not sorry but any Lawfirm that does not listen clearly to what you explain and are in need of, must not be a good lawyer, there for I will seek business else where.
My explanation was clear and thorough, so I don’t understand why he kept asking me what I was needing or why I was calling...
Guess I should have read through previous reviews before even dialing the number!
