Called them with my issue at noon on a Thursday. Called them back at 2pm the following Monday to see if my case was a conflict. Although they asked for my number on Thursday rhey had no information of me in their system and suggested I I give them my information yet again and wait another 2-3 days to see if my case would be a conflict of interest. Let them know I’ve already done that and I will be finding a more professional company!!! Don’t waste your time.

I originally hired Peter Agostino and my case got passed down to another attorney that just talked to me wreckless and just awful to the point I didn’t even want to file suit anymore! There was one point this attorney called and I had him on speaker phone while I had a friend over and my friend even looked at me and said are you serious? Time was wasted on my case and then I was told they no longer were going to follow up and when I tried to get ahold of Agostino 3-4 times I left messages I never got a return call!! I tried to find a different attorney but when I told them they were on my case and I was moving to another attorney they were not willing to take my case so pretty much time was wasted and they screwed me! I wouldn’t recommend them and I no longer have help to my case which was a serious case to begin with and they pretty much said too bad!!! They acted like they did me a favor when they did nothing!
