I originally was recommended to Mr Bill Stanley back in the 80/90s by 9 out of 10 people that I knew or came across. They spoke real highly of him and how much of an excellent lawyer he was. Well, after hiring him to represent me on a case, back then, I was immediately convinced with the end result that I had made the right choice and made Mr Stanley’s office my official lawyer for any legal matter for years to come. Over the years I have continued to use their office and have recommended them to my family and friends as well and anyone in need of a great lawyer. Although Mr Stanley is no longer with us his office has still continued over the years through his partner Dave Newman & Michael Tuszynski. Dave and Mike, if I may, are two of the best lawyers to exist and it is no wonder that Mr Stanley became partners with them. I have mad respect for them and their experience which have brought me, my family and friends excellent results time after time. They are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend the offices of Stanley Tuszinski and Newman to anyone in need of a great Lawyer.

In March of 2022 I was falsely accused of and arrested for domestic battery. My ex wife had violently attacked me, suffered a self induced injury during her attack, lied to the police and I was taken to jail. I would not accept a plea bargain, a jury trail was the only resolve for me. I would let a panel of citizens decide the fate of the case. Mike Tuszynski is the ultimate professional and has intelligence second to none. As a liar does, they try to cover one lie with the next, and on the stand, he held my ex wife accountable for every single one, like a machine. She was caught in a maze that had no door out. The jury very quickly acquitted me of those charges, and I will be forever grateful that I had Mike, with all of his years of experience and knowledge in the court of law, on my side that day. HIGHLY recommended firm!!! Thanks again Mike for all you did to bring the truth to light and the correct justice be served!!

Top class lawyers and well respected. I highly recommend this law firm. I was fighting for my life and facing 2 serious felonies. Dave Newman was able to get my case dismissed. The office of Stanley. Tuszynski and Newman have done an outstanding job when it came to helping myself out with Traffic Violations. They went above and beyond, making sure things were taken care of and done at a timely matter. They are more than professional people they look out for the best interest of others and I know they give it there all! Love that they did not waste time when it came to helping me out.
And that consultation is free. For example you go pay for consultation with a lawyer just for them to end up saying they do not do those types of cases and there goes your $100 for nothing. Highly recommend this office!
