Michael Tuszinsky did NOT fight for my son. He didn’t listen to me, there were several things he could’ve done that he didn’t. And several things he did which backfired. He doesn’t answer my emails. I was disappointed sorely for the amount of money he received from my son. I’m still waiting on an email again to hear from him, but no such luck. Hence this review.

Michael Tuszynski is very unprofessional and He does not call his clients back. He is a liar who doesn't fight for his clients. His work ethic is horrible and he is very untrustworthy. He is scared of the Marshall County prosecutor and tucks his tail and run when he has to speak up and fight for his clients. I dealt with you twice and you failed both times you suck Mike just accept it.
