I normally don’t leave reviews but had to with this. I say if you come to see a review you want to know truth so here it is.my wife and I had so many caseworkers it was ridiculous left didn’t know what right hand was doing. They insisted on doing our cases together even though my wife did not. Whole time kept saying they were doing cases together easier on them now once my wife had miscarriage and could no longer get any medical treatment her case should have been closed instead they kept it open. When came time to close they closed mine fast my wife had few things she had still wait on things that they should have gotten months before since she was done since July. It’s been two weeks since they “closed “ my wife case still hasn’t been paid the people like hospital and bills she owed have but she hasn’t and I say all this to say their communication sucks no one ever gets back to you like they say-you have to call repeatedly they give number to text they barely answer back. NOONE EVER KNOWS WHAT THE RIGHT ANSWER IS. Now my wife will be leaving her perception on things she can tell you ever caseworker and lawyer they had us working with. Top it off we never met a single person in person it was all over the phone all of it I wanted to go thru someone who knew laws where our accident happened because we live in Florida . I’ve only ever used Dan Newlin and his team is amazing they come out to your house to meet you and everything. They ask for review throughout whole time but we felt best to wait til end to review because writing a review 4 months into my case would not have been efficient and by that time we had already been on our second caseworker and were goin on our 3rd. I honestly feel like once our case wasn’t what they thought it would be we were less important to them.
