I sent papers to be served by them in Little Rock over a month ago. The hearing has came and went several times. They rarely answer their phone and it takes a week to reply to my emails. Papers were never served. When asked for an Affidavit, it was rejected by the Judge because according to Affidavit, they only made one attempt to serve although they told me in an email they made several attempts. When I told them the Judge rejected for lack of information and that I needed a more details on attempts to serve, I was told they are not required to keep logs. They take your money and do not get the job done. THIS IS THE FIRST BAD REVIEW I HAVE EVER WROTE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM A PROCESS SERVER. I WOULD HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK SENDING IT TO A CONSTABLE OR SHERIFF THAN CHOOSING THIS COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
