I was in a very bad situation and needed help ASAP. Both Evan Baddour and Colby Baddour were amazing. They were very personable and always kept me informed. During my case I was represented by Mr. Evan. The thing is though even if you are being represented by one, both of them will contribute in some way. When my case wasn’t going the way we expected, Mr. Evan always kept me informed and gave the most realistic outcome. Being the fact that I am stationed all the way in Fort Bliss, TX, you would think it would be hard to communicate. Mr. Evan always found the time to speak with me even if there was nothing new about my case. If I was calling worried about something or just wanted an update. He never said, “sorry I’m busy.” He took the time to speak with me about it and would ask how my family is doing too. I truly felt more then just another client, as cliche as it sounds, I truly felt like family. That is hard to come by in most lawyers. After all the work Mr. Evan put into my case, it was all worth it in the end. Given the fact Mr. Evan has given me the best gift any father can get, my son. Even now since my case is done, Mr. Evan is still taking the time to answer any questions I might have.

My experience with C. Baddour was not very good it almost seemed like he was working with the court against me. Our first handshake I was very impressed I had asked him a series of questions, one of my questions was about probation and he responded there would be no probation so I was very excited about that. Needless to say I received 12 months probation unexpectedly. The second issue was when we were standing in front of the judge I asked the judge if we could reduce my sentence and he responded (that's something you have to work out with your lawyer). I was shocked that we never even discussed the possibility of a lesser charge (DUI) which I later found out could have been reduced to a reckless or even careless driving. If I had to start all over I would have had a court appointed attorney and saved 2500$. My first DUI I was charged 2000$, 48 hours in jail, 12 months probation, loss of driving privileges, and maad impact panel. The exact sentence I would have received if I walked in without any attorney. Needless to say I didn't get my money's worth. If you have a DUI charge find another attorney
