I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for Dave. He represented my son, who is a single father. My grandsons mother passed away at which time my son became the full time custodial parent. The material grandparents wanted full guardianship and this is where Dave comes in. He has represented my son for two years with the utmost professionalism and respect. Mr. Phillip’s has done a fantastic job in such a short notice of time. We hired him to get custody of my fiancé’s daughter from her mother who we felt wasn’t providing her with the care and education she needed and after just a couple weeks we had a court date and walked out with custodial custody. He was always there when we had a question and always followed up with our emails regarding what ever we needed at that time. Still always willing to answer any questions we have after the case! All around very good at his job and gets to the point in a timely manor! Thank you for helping and being supportive of our decisions. Most definitely a got to if you need help with custody and very affordable!

He was diligent and calm and took the time to make sure that I could move forward with my life post divorce with some dignity. He is not your typical bulldog do it my way attorney. I was in a car accident in 2016 and hired Attorney Phillips to file a lawsuit against the woman who hit me. He did follow through and get the full amount from her insurance company. However he then filed a second lawsuit against my insurance company for under insured motorist in June of 2020 and inspite several in person and phone meetings after that (which in some cases took months to arrange as he didn't return calls promptly) he never did anything through the court again. I then found out, after the fact, that my case was dismissed this past April for failure to prosecute. I never received any correspondence from Attorney Phillips that a hearing had been set to dismiss my case and he clearly never showed up or did anything to pursue my case.

Great attorney! Filed for custody at the end of October and my husband was granted full custody of my step daughter beginning of February. For things being so fast and easy, it was a very good price. We highly recommend!
