Meets minimum expectations around processing paperwork for my recent home purchase. Overall the customer experience is effortful and leaves a lot to be desired.

Found getting information from front desk staff regarding wire instructions to require additional calls. I called for wire instructions and they emailed a form with incomplete instructions, required an additional call. Would have been better to verbally give the sensitive information on the first call before sending the remaining information via email.

Messaging wording for follow-ups with Max via SMS could be improved. I found the wording about not assuming liability for issues with tax exemptions to be off-putting.

Worst title company ever. They barely answer phone calls,they ignore you and take forever to close . Hard to get in touch with people and its been 3 weeks and i still haven't received my 2 closing checks. I don't think people at this title company has a clue what they are doing. Never will I ever recommend them.
