I had an appointment with this company, they were a no call no show. I showed up at the door and rang the bell repeatedly, I could hear someone in the office but nobody ever answered. I stayed in the entryway for over 30 minutes. I needed this done to start my job. The building looked like it was nearly condemned. They had a sign that said they were open. I googled the phone number and called and the answering machine picked up saying they were busy with another customer. Upon calling the headquarters who referred me there (a third party government agency for fingerprinting) they told me they canceled the appointment but never called me or anyone to let everyone be aware of this short notice cancelation. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t trust this fly by night company with ANYTHING
Updated to include Fieldprint wasn’t notified of the owners canceling. The response of this company says it all. I was lucky Fieldprint found a reputable business that I was able to get my services completed. Also, you spelled business wrong on your sign out front of your establishment.
