Elisha Comer is the best I've met! Very affordable and gets done what needs to be done! Her paralegal Tina was amazing in helping get things done! If it wasn't for these ladies standing for what was right I would've lost all of my children. I was doing everything I was told I needed to do and the department was still keeping my kids in placement. Elisha stepped in and my kids are home! I hired Justin Smith to be my attorney back in September 2023. I am going through a complicated custody battle. Justin has been there every step of the way, giving straight and to the point answers to my questions, listening and making notes of all my concerns, and making sure to achieve excellence for me in my case. He is very knowledgeable and knows family law! he's also very caring and compassionate. I'm very thankful for him because he did some extra digging and found out some very alarming/unknown information about my childs fathers family which was good to know to help keep my daughter safe!! So I've been working with Justin Smith. Trying to get official legal permission to relocate with my kids. Unfortunately things are taking longer than expected but that is because The respondents have been deliberately making the situation difficult. That being said so far my experience with Justin as my attorney has been great! He's very thorough very smart. And he's very kind and compassionate. Which is something that has been lacking with other lawyers I've had to work with over the years. I really appreciate it his transparency with everything going on and he makes sure that I feel both informed and confident about what's going on in the case.
My work with Justin is still ongoing and hopefully in February we will have achieved the result that we are seeking. I will update my review if needed when this is wrapped up but so far I'm very pleased with my experience with Justin. I highly recommend him
