I would highly recommend Richard Bucheri to anyone that needs an injury attorney! Him and his whole staff go above and beyond to be there for you every step of the way. Not to mention the fact that not many attorneys can guarantee the outcome of how much your settlement would be. T-boned spent 4 days in emergency, while healing my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I just wanted to get the accident stuff over with so I tried to settle. The at fault under-insured company settled immediately but our insurance company refused to offer any more. Fed up with the 20 month delay delay delay I got it off my chest by hiring Poynter & Bucheri. This allowed me to care for my husband and it only cost the insurance company an additional $75k in just 10 months. Just Hire Poynter & Bucheri, I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT AFTER THE ACCIDENT (and saved 20 months)!!

I am new to this as being my first time in a legal battle. When I call the office I sometimes have alot of questions. The secretaries that answer the calls are very very patient never had an attitude or brushed me off. They often put you on a quick hold to get the correct info from your attorney. Then get right back with you. I feel I'm in good hands with them so far. John is a great attorney. I would definitely recommend.
