I couldn’t say enough words to express my gratitude towards LBA. I will say there was a little bit of a wait but very accommodating so that was minor. I’m so thankful for the help of Neva!!!! I wish i could have her in my pocket she was patient and went page by page and answered any and every question! Also can’t forget Marisa, she was willing to get me in very fast, even the same day i called! I am 100 times thankful LBA!

Woman on the phone kept talking over me and suggesting lawyers for things I didn't need. I explained I needed a tort civil lawyer for an already existing case. She kept chiming in oh you need an admin lawyer and to sue this entirely separate group. Very unhelpful and frustrating and wouldn't listen.

Excellent Services

I have Been Referred to Speak, to them on Several Occasions.
From The Legal Aid Office.

To See If I Could Get Council. Or if I had enough Imformation to Bring a Case Against Some One.
I have Always been Satisfied with their Advice.

I Was Informed that if I or Anyone I Know had legal Issues, and Needed Advice.

I Could now on the 3rd Tuesday of Each Month Contact them. To Seek and get Some Questions Answered About Legal issues.

The Kentucky Lawyer Referral Service is a great resource for both attorneys and clients. KLRS helps connect potential clients with various legal needs with attorneys who concentrate in specific practice areas. All attorneys who participate and accept KLRS referrals have experience in their specific practice areas and carry malpractice insurance, which alleviates potential clients' fears. As an attorney, I've accepted several KLRS leads, which turned into significant matters. Simply stated, KLRS is a win-win situation for both clients and attorneys.

This referral service is a joke. You call, they put you on hold and then hang up. You go online, they spit out one referral a day. Call said referral for a week with no answer. Go back to website and they send the same referral. Don’t waste your time.
