My wife and I have been clients of Brian Bennett for over a decade. Over the past ten years we have seen Brian consistently give us accurate and timely legal advice. He is very clear of why he says “yes” to some things and “no” to others. For me, the “no” is very important. I have never met another attorney that would turn away work. Brian would always be very clear on why he was turning it away or why he would recommend another course of action. I use Brian because I don’t have a law degree (nor do I want one) and I want him to represent me better than I could ever represent myself and he has always done a stellar job.

On a side note: his true passion is for the protection and justice of children. He is a bulldog in this area!

If you want to hire a lawyer that will tell you “yes” and take your money, go somewhere else. If you want an attorney that will advise you in the best course of action (and not one looking for a quick dollar), Brian is the best attorney in the area!

His only interest is to prolong your case to make more money from you trying to contact him through email since they never answer their phones or ignore your calls. Takes forever to get a response back too. Had for a year and half, nothing got accomplished. My GAL can't even get a hold of the guy or get a response back. Had to hire another lawyer after a year and half costing me over his initial fee and doing nothing to help me. Much more but I'll leave it as that
