I have never been so frustrated with a company.
My husband and I started a process to remove his sister from the deed on our home now that we were married so that we could refinance our home. I emailed the application on June 25th. No response until I followed up that it was even received and that nothing else was needed. I was assured that it would be ready to sign by July 10th as my sister in law would be in town that day. I called a couple days prior and they made it sound like it had been sitting there and someone hadn't done their part yet to move it through. I continued to reach out them every couple of weeks to see what the status was and it felt as though if I hadn't it would still would be sitting on someone's desk. I was also told I needed to come in and sign the documents and documents would be emailed to my sister-in-law also. I asked if my husband needed to sign and was told they would check and get back to me. They never got back to me and the day I was going to go sign I called to verify b/c I won't lie at this point I was not confident it would be ready. I asked again if my husband needed to sign and they said actually, you don't need to sign just your husband. Livid at the lack of communication and knowledge of what's going on. My husband then luckily was able to make it there after work to sign to find out his sister's name is spelled wrong. I kept being reassured it wouldn't be much longer. Called again a few weeks later since I hadn't heard anything to see what the status is. I think they for the first time looked in the file to find out they had everything they needed to send for recording. At least that's the way they made it sound over the phone. I continued to reach out for updates a couple more times since I hadn't heard anything. Finally today, I again, reached out for an update and I have confirmation that's it's finally been sent for recording. Today is September 9th.
I hope the next person has better luck.

Be sure all bills get paid lol can't see both sides of HUD!

If they miss a payment on the HUD they will hold proceeds from seller if when they buyer is clearly the responsible payer for bill as per the purchase agreement. Unbelievable! Now the Buyer nor I trust this company.

We closed on our property 5-26-2020. We made sure to explain we needed title filed right away as we had a builder waiting on the building permit and were concerned it might take longer with the covid restrictions. We were assured they filed titles ever other day which would have made it at least by 5-28-2020. Called our closer several times with no response. Auditors office informed us title was not filed until 6-6-2020. When we finally got fidelity to respond they assured us that was not correct but would never give us a date it was filed even after several requests. On 6-16-2020 we found out from the auditors office there was an error in the title and it was sent back to fidelity that day. Once again talked to fidelity and they assured us it would be fixed and refilled right away. Called fidelity 6-22-2020 they stated they had not filed the title yet but were doing it that day. Today 6-29-2020 went to the auditors office and fidelity has still not refilled the title. We are so disgusted!! We have put our builder off as long as possible so they will be here7-6-2020 and we have no building permit!!! I would never use this company!!! Covid does not explain their lying, unprofessional behavior, and total disrespect for their customer!!!

Janet Todd, Scott and the whole organization made both the sale and the purchase come off extremely professional. More people should hire them. They would not be disappointed.
