Called to ask about making a final payment over the phone to get rid of this debt. Spoke with woman that hung up on me for asking her name. Called back only to be repeatedly hung up on. She answered later in the day reluctantly saying her name was Christy. When asked why she was so rude, she hung up again. Called back to ask to speak with her boss, she said no, asked to make appointment with lawyer, she said "no, and I'm gonna hang up again".
I think this was so bothersome due to fact I was PAYING OFF A DEBT!
Mr Zawalich should also know that an ignorant wretch is representing his interest over the phone.
