Mr. Duncan is an Exceptional attorney. He is highly knowledgeable in many different areas of law. Mr. Duncan is well worth the expense. My theory, (you get what you pay for) and Mr. Duncan doesn't charge enough in my opinion. Let's not forget Diana, don't let her fool you, she might look like just a secretary/ receptionist, but she knows her law to. Mr. Duncan's dedication, hard work, and brutal honesty is what makes him one of Topeka's Top Attorney's and my only attorney.

I used Mr. Duncan for a custody case back in 2012. While I did win residential custody, there were minor specifics that I asked for in my case, I did not have to be present and Mr Duncan assured me these would be handled. Afterwards, he said that he had forgotten to add these things (Tax Claims, Visitation Dates, Etc) and when I contacted him again to go back to court, he ignored all of my attempts at communication and removed himself from my case. I paid too much money for this man. Not recommended
