I had a check that showed up over 30 year's ago. The check was for only 20.00. they have a garnishment total 1600 dollars. They are horrible people. The lawyers I've talked to said they keep submitting it back in to court right before it's expires.

It takes a special level of depravity to work hard enough to find a part-time warehouse job that one of your targets is working but lie to the court and say that the most recent address you can find is a SIX-YEAR CLOSED P.O. Box in a town that is almost 200 miles from the part-time warehouse.

Of course, when you make a living by exploiting loopholes in debt collection law to violate the constitutional rights of people that can’t afford to hire lawyers, you’re already several levels below polite society.

Trying to garnish paycheck from the year 1998. This is way past the statute of limitations. They tried to scare me into thinking they could garnish my wages from a bad check written for groceries when I was sick with cancer back in 1998.

If you call someone else in another state that does not garnish wages for debt collection except for the federal govt and tell someone that you will garnish wages like you did my friend today. I will report your to the bar association in Kansas. Do you hear me? You better get your collection practices in order before you wreck yourself.

Highest inflation rate in 40 years but my guys Newman and Hesse still out here garnishing people's paychecks. Buying people's debt for pennies on the dollar and then making bank on the backs of people that survive below the poverty line. Nice.

All these people do is prey on people that struggle. I offered to pay the guy. He refused to take payments of half each time.

I was garnished in 2008. All the way down to 78 dollars.

Switched jobs, so here i am thinking its paid. Until 2018 when they garnished me for 5900 dollars.

I have asked for account information and they refuse to send me the amounts i have paid for and any account information. The guy says hes going to send my information. Has said that 2 dofferent time. Never se ds the info.

Here we are 2020 now hes trying to garnish me for 278 more dollars.
