I waited 2 days after calling because of some excuse on needing to check to see if they could even represent me.
(What A Joke)
Never had a lawyer lie like that.
When I waited 3 days even tho I was told I would get a call back in 2 days at the latest they flat out don't call.
Then when you call in the lawyers are never in at anytime of the day... then to top it off the receptionists don't even know where the laywers are or what's going on in general.
Might as well go hire a monkey at least it's committed to what it does.

William Nelson had always gotten me great criminal Plea Bargains... Although, drunk driving criminal Charges hiring any attorney have been my bleak experience in this county... Nelson, charges 50% more, yet returning clients costs about the same as hire new counsels.
Note, attorney hire usually mean Plea bargain... Outrageous fees to hire any Trial attorney. He does, did have amazing trial attorneys taking on pro Bono, poor individuals cases.
As far as my experience with William Nelson goes, he got my a fine on a A misdemeanor cause, still insisted he'll try to do better. I've had him on 5 criminal cases. All, but one I was very satisfied. (A drunk driving charge of course)! And, unlike most attorneys, who's difficult to schedule an appointment, Nelson frees up time.

One word AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT use Rachel Doty if I could give 0 stars I would! Long story short because trust me I could write a book on how inexperienced she is....she was representing me in a custody case she gave me advice and instructions to do something so I listened thinking hey lawyer knows best well I was wrong when we went to court she threw me under the bus let the judge get furious at me for only following what she advised me to do and did not bother to admit that she was the one who advised me to do what I did in the end she knew she messed up wanted to drop me as a client and lost my case for me this law firm will be notified of her mistakes and they will not get another penny from me I would never recommend anyone going here!!! I am now in search for another attorney who actually knows what they are doing!

The lawyer I spoke to was very rude over the phone. How do you expect to gain clients with this type of behavior? Definitely detoured me away from using their law office.
