Unfortunately I will not be going back to this tax place. I’ve went here for two years and for the first two years of my working life I owed money. The first year she spelled our last name wrong when it was clearly on our taxes and IDs. Ended up owing $900 some how and when I called to get more information, because this is not my profession so I don’t just know these things, they were very rude over the phone. This year I guess we owed, I don’t know they didn’t tell us anything. I just received a letter stating they took our federal. We also wanted direct deposit just like we did the year before and ended up receiving checks in the mail. I’m very disappointed. I don’t feel like they truly help you get your full refund as I have never owed until I went here. They don’t charge very much which is the whole reason we went, but hey you get what you pay for I guess.

Absolutely horrible. They don't know what they are doing. I caught a mistake twice and had it redone. Then after I filed I noticed more mistakes and ended up having to pay someone else to file an amendment to correct their mistakes. If you have easy taxes do it yourself online and if they are more complicated take it elsewhere.
