Dax J Miller and his entire staff made everything such a breeze. I don’t think it would have been the same anywhere else, though! This staff is hard-working and compassionate about their clients and the work they do. I’m extremely thankful for the stress-free experience provided, they did all of the work for me. Alyssa, Nicole, Amanda, and Dax have guided me gracefully through a situation that was mentally and emotionally challenging to accept and work through at the start. They all worked diligently and took the time to ensure, inform, and explain to me what was taking place during each step and whenever I needed clarification. Dax’s team has always been easy to get in touch with. Overall, I have zero complaints. The whole process, in my case, took 3 months. No more than 100 days — from the day I filed, up to my official discharge date. 10/10 recommend Dax J Miller for your bankruptcy and financial needs.

The attorney was attentive to get the business but when you have questions they don’t assist in a timely manner. The attorney never calls back or his assistants. However one lady Nicole in the office at the end was very helpful. They seem to pick and choose which clients are more important than others. You have to be totally upset and rude to get anyone to help. They don’t keep follow up date at all. It got to the point where I dismissed my case just to not have to deal with them anymore and find another law firm who cares for the clients. U guess this is the reason they advertise on Facebook and social media because of the way they operate. This attorney makes it sound good but does nothing after to help clients. I would definitely recommend NOT to use this attorney for any bankruptcy. Then my case was dismissed and I wasn’t even notified of the dismissal a creditor came for me and had to tell me it was dismissed the office didn’t even had enough respect to advise me of it before creditors came after me! That’s the most unprofessional thing an attorney could do! They just want they money they could careless for the client
I would recommend get an attentive attorney not this office!
All the great reviews seem to come from people who are not of color. Maybe that’s why my experience was so horrible.

Mr. Miller and his staff were all very professional throughout the entire chapter 7 process for my wife and I. They were able to answer all of our questions or find the answers. They will put your mind at ease so that you can sleep comfortably. They also help you to rebuild your credit once everything is done.

I have been calling and emailing this office regarding my concerns and I get no response . I decide to call again today and got the voicemail . I called back from unknown number and she answers . My payments have also increased several times and no one can answer any questions it’s always we will get back to you . I would not recommend this company . It made me give atleast 1 star to submit review but you honestly get zero stars

Office called me a few weeks ago and said they got my ch 13 repayment plan lowered . I accepted the new amount and asked if they could look into if I’m able to covert to CH 7. Well when I got paid I noticed the regular amount was taken from my paycheck . I reached out by phone and email no response . I finally get ahold of someone and she says they thought since I asked about ch 7 they assumed I didn’t want my payments lowered . I need for them to go back and listen to are calls . This place is a joke so now I’m still paying $814 a month

Worse lawyer office ever, they made me and my wife pay $400 down just for them to charge $1500 more after we paid $400 down. They didn’t give us our refund or anything do not work with this lawyer this is the worse lawyer office ever we was scammed. Couldn’t even get in contact with the lawyer some lady had an attitude the entire time

My experience with DAX J MILLER LAW FIRM has been nothing short of unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy is astounding. Repeated attempts to contact the firm have been ignored, and when my mother and grandmother—who are clients—have been able to reach them, they were treated with blatant disrespect. The front office staff, in particular, exhibited shockingly rude behavior, with one individual going so far as to ask my mother, 'Who do you think you are?' when she simply requested to be treated with respect. Such unprofessionalism is inexcusable for a firm that should prioritize client service. This behavior reflects a fundamental disregard for clients and their well-being, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this law firm.
