Five Stars without a doubt, Mr Hewins and his office have handled not 1 but 2 different cases as well as my daughter’s car accident. Very professional, very thorough and personable. Although workman’s comp can be a long and challenging process, Mr Hewins and staff are there from beginning to the end. Would recommend and will be the office I call on for my estate planning.

Charles Hewins helped me with a Workmen’s Comp. case back in 2016. He was a great guy to work with, very understanding, always listen to what you had to say. I have had other lawyers in the past and they were nothing but obnoxious. Charles Hewins handled my very complex work comp cases very well. These are long cases and can be very discouraging at the time it takes to get proper care and settlement in the end if its owed. Without Charles's help i would not be as physically capable as I am today even though I experienced life long injuries Im pleased with the care Charles had to fight the insurance companies to receive at times and Charles also handled my personal discouragement issues very well by explaining every step extremely well. I feel that I would not have received half the care and settlement that I received without Charles's assistance. I would recommend this firm for any of the kinds of cases they take due to the extensive knowledge and patience I received. I also feel that the attorney fees were very fair even though they are mostly set by law restrictions I feel that charles made every attempt to keep the bills associated with my case to a minimum but not afraid to have things like proper medical examinations done to fight the big insurance companies exams that I feel were very opinionated and results were very inaccurate and skewed in the favor of the insurance company that was paying for them and tried to use them to harm my life long injury outcomes in order to lessen the settlement amount which is extremely common but also extremely unfair to person who received the injuries. I recommend that anyone with a work comp injury hire an attorney that they trust and not try to fight the case on your own. That was one of my biggest concerns was that i would end up losing a ton of money to an attorney but I promise you i would received a third of the care and settlement amount without an attorney. The company responsible for your injury hires an attorney without any hesitation at all and their job is to save the work comp insurance company every penny they can which will affect your care during the injury and the amount of settlement you will receive drastically in the end!

Im not sure where to even begin , but Charles was very straight forward from the beginning and made me feel very confident in my case.
