With the abundance of lawyers in and around the Evansville area, Alex Skates was one of two who would take my case. The reason that I had multiple declines from lawyers was due to the fact that I have a CDL. Maintaining and keeping a clean driving record is imperative to CDL holders. Most lawyers do not want to touch cases involving moving/driving laws in view of the new anti-masking laws for commercial drivers. Not only did he take on my case, he charged me a reasonable price (more than half of what the other lawyer was charging), he was always reachable and responded in a timely manner, but he did all that he could in regards to proving my case. I very highly recommend him in any matter that you may need a lawyer for. He won my case, but even if I was found guilty, I still would have given him 5 stars for the effort that he put forth in my defense.

Before reading this… if you have a criminal charge or any charge and your life has just been turned upside down and you feel like it’s you vs the world. Call Alex NOW! You don’t need to read the rest of this until you make sure you have him defending you! My girlfriend and I’s life was basically turned upside in a night because of a sheriff who decided the law was something he created from his own mind. I know you guys have heard the horror stories of never hearing from your lawyers but once a month, spending so much money selling an organ on the black market starts to sound like a viable option, and that every turn your lawyer will make you feel stupid and just not even like a human being. Well! While those stories can be true I can tell you Alex is the opposite! He basically held my hand through this entire process! He gave me the options and was honest but always felt like he was fighting for what I wanted no matter what! He was consistent and honest and aggressively defending my rights! And his communication…. Omg! Have you heard of a lawyer going above and beyond to communicate with his clients?! Well Alex will. Alex will always put you at ease and make you feel very confident you know what’s coming! And I know what you’re thinking… a lawyer like this… what organ do I have to sell?! He offers such a fair price on his defense that you actually don’t have to lose any body parts 😉 ! But seriously… Alex is smart, quick witted, kind, caring, funny, passionate, and most of all a hard worker and tries his best to get you the best you can get! Starting with this horrible nightmare situation and six months later it’s dismissed and dropped! Just let that sink in! And I paid him once! One fee and he did all of this!
