Do not hire David Lamont! I reached out to Mr.Lamont regarding a sentence modification for my child's father. After discussing all the details of the case, he received my payment and promised he would work hard to get sentence reduced. Mr. Lamont was not properly prepared for the first scheduled hearing. He called me the morning of the hearing and proceeded to asking me questions about the case; something he should have prepared for! The proceeded to tell me he wanted to reschedule because he needed more information.

Mr. Lamont did not reach out to neither me or my child's father prior to the first hearing! We took his advice and agreed to reschedule.

Fast forward a month.. the next hearing is scheduled. He proceed to reschedule this one also for unknown reasons.

The third rescheduled hearing they unanimously denied the motion! According to Mr Lamont.. he could not convince the judge, prosecutor, and even the probation office!!! (due to the nature of the crime.)

Mr Lamont took my money and knew the situation of the case did not have a chance against this wicked system! I am a single mother.. $2000 is a lot of money. Mr Lamont took advantage of the opportunity, did not properly represent his client to the best of his ability, and did not even show empathy once the modification was denied! I do not recommend.

We hired Mr. Lamont to do a legal modification at the last second. Mr. Lamont didnt hesitate to accept and began working on it immediately. And literally one week later my boyfriends modification got accepted. Thank you for the outstanding job Mr. Lamont. I would recommend David Lamont to anybody with a 100% confidence. Well done sir!

I've been trying to call him for days his office number wasn't working and once it did ring the voicemail didn't sound professional or like it was for him it's a lady talking low and quick.
