I’d rather give zero stars. I hired his company in good faith. I’m still waiting on a REFUND due to services not being rendered. Shame on you for stealing from vulnerable people that needed help.

If I could get 0, I would. This “investigator” Bill did nothing. I hired him a year ago and still have yet to see any evidence of anything. The only thing I have gotten was one picture showing he went by the persons house that I hired him for. He did not even realize they had three vehicles because of how little he went there. I never got any updates unless I called him myself and even then it was always the same thing. “I’ve been doing this for so and so years and there isn’t one person I haven’t caught. If there’s something to find, we’ll get them” blah blah blah. That’s literally all it was. Reassuring me so he could go more weeks doing nothing. He tried to tell me he found something, but had no evidence. He wouldn’t give me a refund because “his guys” have to be paid for the work they’ve done. When asked for proof of the “work”, he said he didn’t have anything to show me. I spent 3000$ on this for the safety of my son and he did absolutely nothing. I am a single mom trying to get my money together to pay him to protect my son. This biggest waste of money ever. All he does is talk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Bill is a true pro! He took our case, literally at the drop of a hat. He explained his services and fees and we being 2 states away, he did exactly what he was paid to do. My son, being in the military, he took extra efforts to help us in a very trying time. I highly recommend this company. They will be professional, invisible and get you the evidence that you need.

If I could rate this company a "TEN" I would. We have been in a very disappointing and litigious family situation. Bill's process servers were responsive and absolutely tenacious in trying to present papers to a person who has nothing but ill intent in his DNA. He THOUGHT he was so slick in evading the authorities (for almost a month), but he was wrong! Bill Robison, we cannot thank you enough for working with (and beside) us during this entire process. You are the BEST! We appreciate and honor you. On behalf of the broken-hearted client ... THANK YOU!

Having a private investigator means being private, not just for them, but for the client as well!

My personal experience with this guy is an absolute joke. Mr. Robinson is a great talker and promised me he would get the information I requested no matter what or how long it took.

If there was any communication, it was because I initiated it. I was never supplied any documentation that his firm performed any surveillance as he was hired to do. I might as well have rolled down the window and thrown out the $4,500.00 that I paid him.

I absolutely would not recommend anyone hire him regarding any surveillance involving a divorce case.

My divorce has been final for almost a year and I have not heard from Mr. Robinson since the last time I called him and he said, don’t worry your trial will be delayed again and I will have something. Don’t worry.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SURVEILLANCE INVOLVING A DIVORCE.

He was not hired for the State of Alabama. I will clarify - he was hired for surveillance in the State of Florida. I have the copy of signed contract.

Nothing slanderous at all. Google allows the right to review a company. This is the experience that I had with Bill Robinson Private Investigation.

Bill was inarguably professional. He was very helpful to our case and assisted us in a timely manner . He was very responsive and priced his service at a “you can’t beat that” value.
