My Experience with Christina at San Diego Corporate Law was wonderful. I was very nervous and worried about having to hire a lawyer for the first time to start my small business. Christina was extremely communicative and always answered my emails within 24 hours and made an extra effort to reach out via phone as well. Michael and his assistant Christina make up the BEST corporate law office in southern California. I was referred to him by fellow docs who share my office, who are some of the more power physicians in north SD county. I figured if Michael was good enough for them, then he was good enough for me. Boy, were they right. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and savvy. His assistant Christina is equally sharp and very, very reliable. Every time I needed something, they responded right away with answers. The best group hands down. Look no further, Michael is the lawyer for you if you want to get incorporated!
