This has been a blessing for me. I was considering in-patient rehab for my alcohol addiction. I just couldn’t stand the thought of being away from family since I am the patriarch of a multi-generational household. The intake was thorough but not tedious. The counselors are for the most part nurse practitioners. I have met with an M.D. twice. They help manage my addiction by prescribing Naltrexone (an ETOH antagonist). It does help with urges. We also discuss those urges and triggers, how to identify, predict and provide strategies to keep from relapsing. I also am working through the SMART program independently. (Self Monitored Addiction Recovery Training) I do recommend this to supplement Clean Slate’s efforts. The thing that also helps is I have someone neutral to be accountable to. I am 5 months in and have been clean for 3 1/2 months. All the staff are friendly, compassionate and professional. Highly recommend.

Great place been here about 5 years outstanding staff and treatment is exceptional!!! Work wonders very friendly and understanding. Work great with you definitely recommend this recovery program it's the best out there especially Warsaw location!!!!

The Nurses and Doctors are very cheerful and full of smiles. The Doctor is absolutely wonderful. She has a passion for what she does and they are all about the patients needs. If your schedule doesn't coincide with their office hours, they make sure to fit you in even if they have to stay a little later, or over lap appointments. They are all about success story's and want to see the addict (sinners) thriving in life, and they go to great links to witness just that.Keep being you clean slate angels. I usually wait for more time pass or my experiences to be at a greater number to write a review, but the staff at the Warsaw location deserves the full 5 stars.The people behind the desk, the nurses, and other medical staff are pleasantly friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy helping people. I have spent most of my time during my visits with Jayme, who has made me feel comfortable, (which is not an easy task) and cared for. So far in the past months that I have been going to the Warsaw location, I couldn't be more pleased with the staff I have encountered there, and that is why I decided to write this review earlier than I planned.

Great people all around amazing staff couldn't ask for better people they truly care about you as a person have not met a bad staff member there. I highly recommend them they will treat you like family. Shout out to Ashley an amazing tech and person...#1 Jamie who's the most caring person I've meet and the receptionist is always super nice. MAGGIE is a awesome counselor. Thank you all so much my recovery wouldn't be possible without yall

Has helped me for the past 3 or 4 years. Started like everyone else, took pain pills for pain got hooked wanted of them, told never happen because I deal with chronic pain so they switched me to suboxone therapy been on them every since, makes pain manageable but not by h but has kept cravings at bay for very long time
