Underwhelming to say the least. Only good thing about NP is the money. Culture, leadership, project planning/direction - all a dumpster fire. I would never work for this organization again - avoid.

Wish I could give negative stars. I worked for this company for 6 months, they claim they are not a "typical staffing company". Nothing could be further from the truth. First and foremost, I was hired before any of the rest of my team, which is fine. I was then thrown into the mix with no project charter, no expectations for the position, and no real job description or project outputs. Fine, I've been doing this a long time, I can figure it out. Fast forward, the rest of the team comes aboard and we start working. Company starts to plug and play with team members, pulling people from one project to the next with little stability. Work environment with the client, excellent. Work environment with NP, disjointed, misinforming, and broken. They get overly excited and hire too many people for projects too early in the game, then they terminate people after realizing they got ahead of themselves. They expect their employees to ferret out new projects and act as sales reps while working the regular project. I get "land and expand" but I was not hired to be in sales. In the end, you'll get a fake meeting set up with HR being a BCC to it, and you'll get told you are no longer a fit for the direction the project is going and you'll be given NO reason why. All that is code for "we hired too many people to fast, don't have a place to put them yet, and you are on the chopping block because you are on the high end of the pay scale". Nothing more than a shady staffing company that is so new to the game they haven't realized that those they hurt today, they may lose business from tomorrow. Company is trash. Avoid at all costs.

R&R has good food and meat, but a bit steep on prices. Just like gas prices and the inflation we are seeing on everything else though, so I guess we can all thank Brandon for that.
