Heritage Law and Atty Jeff Banner are fantastic! We saw Attorney Banner for our estate planning and he went through all of our options and explained everything thoroughly. He made it easy to understand without using legal jargon. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had during the entire process. Attorney Banner is very professional and personable, and it's obvious he cares about his clients. Five stars isn't enough!

Heritage just updated all my wills and power of attorney. They did a great job. Very easy to work with and had everything completed in less than a week. Professional and straight forward. Note they do not do revocable trusts, only irrevocable trust. Will have to go to a different firm to complete my revocable trust. But I highly recommend them.

Heritage Law staff has been most helpful to me. A few years ago I attended one of their seminars regarding estate planning and as a result I had a will written, and other legal documents. I can't say enough positives about our experiences at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning. From the onset, we were treated with the highest quality of professionalism, yet highly personable interactions throughout all levels of staff. Attorney Banner proved to be both relatable as well as deeply knowledgeable about the "layers" of legal and governmental regulations that come into play with end-of-life decisions. Talking about and planning that inevitable part of "life" is not always comfortable, but Attrny. Banner made the process enjoyable. I have worked professionally with elderly clients for 4+ decades, and now that I'm one of those, I found it amazing at how much I didn't know about setting up an estate and making concrete plans for our "legacies." My wife and I are now much more "relaxed" about end-of-life processes and the fact that our children and grandchildren should be spared a lot of decision-making that occurs with our demise. Super expensive & estate planning services ONLY. My parents needed help with a real-estate issue not in the trust but in the estate. Mr Butler had very little knowledge & couldn't help. So very sorry I recommended this group to my parents!
