The team here is very helpful and great to work with. I had a problem with a new car that I purchased that started from the first week I owned it. I repeatedly returned it to the dealer for repair and they were never able to fit it. After 2 years I decided to file a lemon law and contacted this team. David and Laura are consummate professionals. I had a reoccurring issue with vehicle. I had taken it to the dealership 8 times for the same repair. When I called the manufacturer I was told "You can still use the car without a stereo". After that exchange, I called David J. Goldberg and Associates. They went to work on that case the same day that I called. Well 65 days later I have settled with Cadillac and I am truly grateful to David and Laura for everything that they did for me. Laura kept me updated throughout the entire process and was excellent! I definitely recommend!

I bought a 2022 Silverado Z71 and after it hit 1k mi i noticed a vibration. After taken several times to garage and it still wasnt fixed i contacted David J Gorberg & Assoc about my situation. They are helpful every step of the way, providing the client with the very best in expertise, professionalism and dedication to your case. My personal case was not easy, however the team at their firm made it seem as if it were effortless, which in turn caused a lot less stress on my end. Their communication and attention to detail are second to none. Likewise, your case does not end after the settlement. After my case was completed, I had an issue with the manufacturer on the payoff of the loan. David called me on a Saturday after finding out, to see how he could help. He then assured me that it would be handled, as he typed an email to find out what the status of the payoff was. Now, how is that for dedication? If there were more than 5 stars, I would be happy to give them. Thank you David, Jackie, Courtney and any others that helped with my case.
