The only thing that went well was my consult. Everything that took place after that was a horrible experience. After my consult i never saw or spoke to that attorney again. My case was passed onto a different attorney. My consult was in the beginning of December. I was told my matter would be taken care of shortly after the holidays. 1 year and 11 months later I had my hearing after my attorney continued it numerous times because he was not prepared. I never met my attorney in person until 1 hour before my hearing, which he never introduced himself. I was told I needed an “expert” in court which i denied multiple times because I did not want to pay for it. The attorney subpoenaed the expert. So I’m being billed for one of the times my attorney continued the hearing and the day I had my hearing. They don’t return a call for days sometimes I had to leave multiple messages before I would get a call back.

My encounter with this law office left me with an overwhelming sense of disappointment. At first glance, their demeanor exuded professionalism, but beneath the surface, I discovered a web of disorganization and a lack of genuine care for their clients.

Their initial appearance of professionalism was nothing more than a facade. While they may have presented themselves as composed and knowledgeable, their actions told a different story. The lawyer assigned to my case may have acted professionally, but their inability to recall my daughter's name demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and personal investment in their clients.

Despite their seemingly composed demeanor, the communication from this law office was far from satisfactory. They failed to provide me with crucial information regarding a phone conference, leaving me feeling uninformed and unprepared. This lack of transparency and communication does not align with the conduct one would expect from a reputable law office.

I must admit that their administrative work for filing was handled adequately, but it is essential to recognize that such basic tasks should be a given for any law firm worth their salt. Unfortunately, this was the only aspect where they managed to uphold a level of professionalism.

Beneath the veil of professionalism, it became apparent that the law office was overwhelmed with an excessive number of clients, which likely contributed to their lack of attentiveness and genuine concern for individual cases. As a client, I expected my concerns to be treated with the utmost importance, but they appeared more interested in quantity over quality.

In conclusion, my experience with this law office was nothing short of disheartening. The illusion of professionalism they projected was quickly shattered by their forgetfulness, inadequate communication, and apparent lack of genuine care for their clients. I advise others seeking legal representation to be cautious when considering this law office, as the appearance of professionalism may not reflect the reality of their services. It would be prudent to explore other options that prioritize both professionalism and sincere dedication to their clients' needs.

This law firm will hustle you real fast for your money and do nothing. They said they would do something for me on my part I iPad case and didn’t. They charged me for a job they didn’t do. When confronted they emails they ignored the emails. Do not hire this law firm many bad reviews.
