Me and my fiancé recently bought a house. And when we went to closing.I was wrote out of the deed. We told them we filed all paperwork and was assured by bank that I was included on deed. They convinced my fiancé to just sign papers and I would b added to deed Bo problem. WELL. Now that we are trying to add me the majority payer in this equation. They want $1,300. To add me, after bank told them I was supposed to h included. What a joke and unfair business.

Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Never returns phone calls. Never explains important details, nor does she seem to care. Lettering of any sort is misspelled. Not sure how this person even graduated law school. Please use someone else.

Incompetent and rude. Did not read the settlement papers thoroughly, mailed pay-offs instead of wiring them, refused to wire proceeds and I ended up using a different bank to receive those. Was very rude to my closing representative instead of just admitting it was her error. Elise Lampl, you've taken a very emotional situation and made it much worse and that was totally unnecessary.

I would not recommend for title work. She over charged, didn’t use the correct dates, and refused to make obvious corrections. Because the buyers were lovely people, we let it go.
