Rude customer service to female customers, my first time here and I did not like the service, the girl with long dark hair was bothered I was asking g questions about the wax, I will not recommend this place to anyone and will continue to go to Dr Green Thumbs where they treat you like family. You guys need to train the girls there, this is a business not high school stop hating on other women at work. Or do t work in customer service anymore if you can't be an adult.

Such a nice place, staff/employees are well mannered and very open and fun to talk to. Products, the ones I've tried (cake, high tea, blunts) are all great quality for the price. I absolutely recommend going here.

I’ve been coming here for years and love Lit. I’m leaving this review after a great experience with Jada today. Jada is the bomb and she always provides an amazing customer experience and she knows what I like and gives me great recommendations for me. As long as she is here I’ll always be a customer!

The happy hour is twice a day in case you can’t make it to the first one!!! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Never had a bad experience and I’m in there at least 5 times a week! This is one of , if not THEEEEE best dp that I’ve been in!!!

Kileigh is the absolute best. I used to go to boulevard but one day I came in to see what all they had and kileigh convinced me to start coming here instead, with such great deals, she explained thoroughly what options they have, including happy hours. Coincidentally every time I have been here I always get her as the cashier. I come at least once a month and I spend a solid couple hundred. She gives the best recommendations. She is always upbeat and ready to help. Absolute great customer service.

I placed my first online order yesterday through a site that advertised “order now, pay later.” After selecting that option, it said I would receive a text with my order details. However, I never received the text. Concerned, I called the store and explained it was my first time ordering online. I asked if they had received my order, and the person I spoke to assured me they would call me when the order was ready.

Unfortunately, I never received a call or text that day. The next day, I went to the store to follow up and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wasn’t available. Instead, I spoke with the supervisor, Victoria, and asked if she could leave my number for the manager. She didn’t seem to understand the request and only agreed after I asked three times.

Throughout the conversation, I felt like Victoria was speaking down to me. She didn’t seem to understand why I was upset and how frustrating the situation was for me. When I tried to explain my experience, she responded by saying that if I continued to “talk to her like that,” she wouldn’t assist me. I wasn’t being rude—I was just explaining what had happened. It felt like she was unwilling to acknowledge my concerns, which was very disappointing for a customer service interaction.
