Jason is a wonderful Coach and very caring about each one of his clients! He mixes up the circuit training every session so you stay attentive and inspired. He pinpoints exercises for each clients needs and gives you goals to work towards. I’ve been working with Jason for several years now and always feel so strong and confident with my workouts and the results they bring! I Highly recommend Coach Jason! I started personal training with Jason about a year before my wedding. Now, six months after the wedding, I’m still a loyal customer. The results speak for themselves. Fitness journeys can be difficult to track — they’re more marathon than sprint — but I remember going to a tux fitting where the maker joked that my body was changing so much he was having trouble keeping up with the measurements. That should tell you all you need to know about how impactful working with Jason has been. He’s knowledgeable, flexible, and takes pride in his work. He can craft a regimen (including nutrition) for any body type and experience level. He always asks how you’re feeling before each workout, so he can cater to your immediate needs and abilities. And he knows how to push you without overstepping, which is an integral part of a pleasant and worthwhile personal training experience. Jason is the real deal!
