Beware!! I have tried recourse with them and they will not stand behind their name. Also very high turnover rates on attorneys, tells you half the story. All they care about is your money.

If your blaming it on attorneys that are no longer with the firm, how do you explain not willing to stand behind your name with the wasted, time, money, and energy at your firm. Yet you still give no recourse or options to refund anything!? Thats like having a construction company who puts on a new roof that leaks everywhere and say well the contractors that did your roof are no longer with the company sorry about your luck. Anyone reading this review and the owners response should reveal everything about this sub par firm.

If you want to hire a total jerk of a human being your guy is here. Total sharks. Very good at falsifying a very horrible, no-good situation and made it worse.
Their client lost!
Please know my situation is very sensitive, every line of our Custodial Order was broken, can’t give details. I was seeking 50./. of my beloved childs remains.
The opposing counsel never stated the firm he was from despite the fact that on the court transcript he was asked 4x. He displayed arrogant, pompous, and highly misogynistic traits.
HE LOST. The Pennsylvania law won that day. My daughter won that day!
At one point the judge stopped this attorney from further abusive style questioning that was layered in lies. He was very proud of his dehumanizing, and highly anxiety provoking behavior, just like his client. Unbelievable!
The fancy degree doesn’t impress. Your behavior that day sir was highly rude and undesirable. Your narcissist client lost! Truth will supersede all lies and slander.
I’ve worked for good sharks and never ever would any of them behave in this manner. It’s borderline against conduct. The judge stopped you several times. This attorney even made a condescending remark about my personal religious affiliation and prayed on my disability. His attempts failed.
Clearly the law spoke that day. The way this attorney represented his client is a was highly ineffective.
I must say thank you because you opened your client to further risk. You questioned me for an hour and 10 minutes. You and I released many now documented words. My attorney asked your client 2 questions. That’s classic! Now I am armed with the transcripts, C and Y reports, police reports, months of texts messages. I have 2 years to seek justice.
Good luck with your “professionalism”. M emotions aren’t “raw”, they are alive, honest and true. You know the law, fool!

I personally am using Johnson and Duffie for a current custody case.
I hired Johnson and Duffie after I fired another firm for pretty much talking to me like I was a joke and just taking my money, doing nothing for my child.
Once I hired Johnson and Duffie, their attorney believed in me, which intern helped me save my child from what she was going through.
If it weren’t for Johnson and Duffie I don’t know where we would be legally, and if my child would still be with us. They helped save her LIFE!
