I gave the 5 star rating because the staff at Madden Gilbert deserved it. Melanie and her staff made me work hard, but they worked hard too. They worked on both a replaced knee and a replaced hip. Both of which I had completed PT somewhere else. I wasn't satisfied with the status of both my knee and hip. I had heard good things about Madden Gilbert from a former patient at MG. I decided to give them a try. They thought they could help and they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing PT. And the staff's attitude is terrific. They are fun to be around.

I went to Madden & Gilbert for post op therapy for my rotator cuff surgery. Excellent care and exercises were skillfully planned for me. I also added in balance therapy and low back pain with orders from my physician. So I just graduated from my therapies after 10 months of treatment. Staff is excellent, friendly and always concerned on how your therapy is feeling. I have no hesitation to going back there and recommending them to friends & family.

I had a wonderful experience at Madden & Gilbert in Camp Hill. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I completed my PT with Elizabeth. Elizabeth was so attentive, she is truly a miracle worker. I had so much pain in my shoulder/arm, and thought I would never recover as I had been suffering with pain for months. Within a couple of weeks of working with Elizabeth, she had me on the road to recovery, and today, I do not have any pain in my arm at all.

When I first came into Madden & Gilbert, I was dealing with some residual issues from a previous back injury (bulging lumbar discs). I was looking for help creating a workout plan to rebuild my strength without re-injuring myself. I met with Liz, and she listened to my story and gave me advice that helped get me the rest of the way to recovery. As I neared graduation, I happened to move the wrong way while doing yardwork and found myself severely re-injured and in extreme pain. I called to cancel my appointment because I didn't believe I could move well enough to do any exercises. The staff convinced me to come in, stating they could still help me even though the state of my back had changed, and they delivered.

Liz quickly re-adjusted my plan and switched focus to targeting the new issue. With a shift towards working on flexibility and rebuilding core and leg strength, I began to slowly recover. The new injury set me so far back, that at times it was hard to keep going. In addition to guiding my physical recovery, Liz's personality and our conversations were essential in keeping my spirits up, and keeping me motivated to continue recovering.

Thanks to Liz and the team at Madden & Gilbert, I got my life back. I have avoided back surgery, developed a heightened awareness on how to address specific types of pain, learned to become more flexible the right way, and gotten great TV show recommendations.

I cannot thank you all enough! Graduation is bitter sweet.
